Stocker is a comprehensive, intuitive and easy to use Warehouse Management System (WMS) offering a full range of WMS facilities. Two systems are available. The first caters for Owner Warehouses. Use this if you rent or own a warehouse to store your own stock. The second is for Third Party warehouses. Use this if you rent or own a warehouse and rent out space to hold your customer's stock.

With complete inventory management, Stocker can cater for various storage types including standard pallet racking, block stacking, mobile racking, live racking and narrow aisle picking. Stocker 5 is now fully multi-site and multi-warehouse enabled.

Orders can be entered at point of receipt or prior to receipt (either manually or interfaced). Stock can be received against standard pallet quantities or variable pallet quantities. Whole orders, individual lines or individual pallets can be marked for placement in quarantine after putaway. When locating stock, storage locations can be automatically selected with system tailored pre-defined rules. When required, automatic putaway can be easily overridden.

Stock selection and despatch is by sell-by date where applicable, or using FIFO. If you operate a picking operation, dedicated picking faces (with automatic replenishment) can be assigned to products.

A comprehensive set of status indicators provide instant visibility of order/line progress. Consignments provide for the processing of order batches. There is a Vehicle Scheduling planner for managing Goods In and Goods Out bays.

Stocker offers a complete set of supporting functions including stock quarantine, customer returns, ad-hoc issues, stock adjustments, internal warehouse housekeeping, stock transfers between customers and site transfers. There is a comprehensive set of stock-taking functions including stock-checking by product, location and variable controlled perpetual inventory.

There is an extensive set of enquires and reports detailing the warehouse inventory by customer, product and location. Full interfaces to host stock control and order processing systems are provided.
