Supply Chain Scanner is the ultimate solution for manufacturing and distribution companies. Supply Chain Scanner groups these powerful features into 3 comprehensive functional components:
The Profile Component The Profile Module encompasses an extensive set of analyses and charts that accurately portray those characteristics of the business that impact supply chain tactics. It also includes a set of profiles that indicate the current supply chain performance and highlight the opportunities for improvement.
Many of these measures could be used as Key Performance Indicators.
The Assessment Component assists management in challenging the way business is done and in looking for breakthroughs in performance. It includes assessments on portfolio, MTO/MTS, authorized stock lists, cost-to-serve, etc.
The Alignment Component starts from the outcome of the Assessment Component.
Target assessment scenarios are elaborated in terms of service offerings, inventory policies, and impact on capacity. Powerful algorithms search for the best economic trade-off while assuring the target service objectives. The individual results on the SKU level can be fed directly into ERP-systems, advanced planning systems, legacy systems, or simply communicated to the entire organization.
