This solution is designed to enable a glass pipeline by providing order, shipment, and inventory visbility across fragmented business processes, and can provide exception resolution and decision support. The solution can provide a process-centric view coordinating different functional modules while enabling event management in the context of business processes. Packaged business process packs around replenishment, fulfillment, or manufacturing are available, which can be configured for customer-specific needs.
