The FreightDATA Logistics package combines easy data entry with a complete accounting system to provide you with a fully integrated solution to managing your business.
You may establish rates based on mileage or flat charges.
For each agent or carrier, you may track the charge you set up between their destination points. You may also keep a list of the carriers or agents which service each of your clients or a particular city.
Orders are entered into the system as they are called in. Additional information and costing data are entered as they become available. Once the move has been completed, the order data is moved to the billing system. Your billing may be posted to Accounts Receivable and the General Ledger on a daily or weekly basis.
Once entered into the computer system, your agents billing may be traced thru a wide variety of criteria, including: shipper, consignee, or debtor codes; as well as their respective reference numbers. All information about any freight bill is available from any screen on the system. |
