FleetMaxC/S is our flagship product a scalable, client/server
software application designed to help you manage the maintenance
of your valuable vehicles and other equipment. From fire trucks
to snow-makers, from forklifts to sedans, FleetMaxC/S helps
you stay on top of the scheduling and costs of maintaining
the vehicles and equipment upon which your operation depends.
FleetMaxC/S is intended for multi-user implementations.
We also offer FleetMax1, for single-user settings. If you
only need one person to have access to the database at a
time, this could be the product for you. It includes all
the same features as FleetMaxC/S, but is limited to only
one user at a time. This lower-cost alternative is great
for smaller operations who want to take advantage of the
power and sophistication of a major market product. Our
sales staff members can help you determine which configuration
bests suits your needs.
Following is an overview of the products features

At FleetMax Incorporated, we believe that strong, flexible
preventive maintenance functionality is a critical success
factor of any operation. FleetMaxC/S helps you stay in the
drivers seat.
You can create a specific preventive maintenance schedulebased
upon mileage, calendar days, or hours of usefor each
vehicle in your database. These can be modified to suit
your changing needs.
Color-coded alert flags appear in the main Vehicle Profile
window, letting you know that preventive maintenance actions
are coming due or are overdue. (You decide how far in advance
you want to be notified of upcoming preventive maintenance
actions.) Also, when you open a new work order for a vehicle,
you will be alerted to any preventive maintenance actions
that are due or overdue, and you will have the option to
include some or all of those actions on the new work order.
FleetMaxC/S has a built-in report that you can run to find
out the preventive maintenance status of some, or all, of
your equipment.
