The FASTER system takes full advantage of new technology and operates in an open environment, which allows the use of aggressive web and mobile facilities, as well as the ability to interface with other applications. FASTER is designed to be real time, facilitating the collection of all data when and where it takes place. FASTER is also specifically designed to assist all fleet personnel at whatever level their responsibilities reside. Our philosophy is that all individuals, not just managers, need information at their fingertips to make better decisions. Certainly, the fleet manager needs the outcomes from the work performed and information entered and we provide the best fleet reporting capabilities available. The key, however, is that the information entered is accurate and timely and, by insuring front line staff has information that helps them do their jobs better, we assist the fleet analyst and/or fleet manager get reports and other information that helps them make better decisions.

The FASTER system is operational in both public and private fleets of all different sizes. We serve very large fleets with multiple locations but we also serve progressive small fleets. Our purpose is to provide software and services to fleets that want to run more effectively and to make a positive difference within the organizations and communities they serve.

FASTER is designed for fleets that repair equipment primarily in house, though we both recommend and support outsourcing in those areas where it just makes better sense to send the work out. We also support “insourcing,” providing comprehensive billing capabilities so that work done for other agencies can be done efficiently while also providing a source of revenue for the fleet operation.
