Enterprise Finance Manager Module
Contract Manager’s new Enterprise Finance Manager Module sets new standards for ease of use and information accessibility. Whilst it has been designed to manage the financial requirements of the most complex leasing or fleet management organisation, being a fully browser based product it is able to meet the less demanding needs of a smaller organisation.
The accounts module fully integrates with Contract Manager, with transactions being processed instantly and in real-time to provide a total business solution. Functionality provides for cross border and multi currency transactions. The company structure allows up to five hierarchy levels; enterprise, company, division, branch and department. This powerful structure allows all group structures to be represented within a single accounting framework. All transactions are processed at the press of a button and form part of a user specific audit trail. |
