Record minor problems on equipment that will be included on your next Work Order.
Requests for equipment servicing may be entered in four ways.
You may enter a request for service in the Equipment Screen or add it directly to an existing work order from the Work Orders Screen. If entered in the Equipment screen the service request can then be assigned to a work order at a later date.
In addition, if you’ve purchased the Requests add-on feature, you may enter them from the Requests screen or via an email sent directly to the program.
Once a request has been entered in the Requests screen, you can then assign it to a piece of equipment to be handled the next time a work order is created for the equipment or you can create a work order specifically to handle this request.
