Documents Software is aimed at organizations looking to implement
an efficiently structured software solution which provides
control over the Booking of Cargo, the Production and Distribution
of Bills of Lading & Sea Waybills, the Issuance of Associated
Invoices and the Collection of Freight Due. Although designed
for the ocean transportation market, this software addresses
the needs of other transportation modes such as air, rail,
and truck. Shipping Companies, Shipping Agents, Freight Forwarders,
NVOCC Operators, plus manufacturing or distribution organizations

The eLading Documents System Version 3.0, priced at US$ 795
per computer installation, is now available for download.
In the new Cargo Booking module the Shipper, Booking Agent,
Commission, Load Ports, Discharge Ports and Commodity information
can now be recorded along with Quantities and Freight Rates
agreed upon. The system enables you to easily record these
details and then send the resultant Booking Confirmation
Report to the Shipper or Booking Agent quickly and efficiently.
These entered Freight Details then become available for
assignment to associated Bill of Lading or Sea Waybill Marks
Detail records. Thus the resultant Invoice becomes fully
integrated with the Booking Module. In fact, cross-reference
tables have been included on the Bookings Screens to enable
the user to immediately identify which Documents, which
Marks and which Invoices are respectively associated with
which Bookings, which Cargo and which Shipper / Booking
